Hi, My ESIC contribution started from Feb 2017 and till yet i have complete 90 days in contribution period of esic. Kindly advise when can i avail the benefit for contribution period of APR 17 to SEP 17. As in my ESIC account maternity benefit reflection NO so i am not eligible to take benefit for the same. My EDD is Last week of October kindly advise the procedure for claim maternity leave benefit

Hi, Please advise that how can i transfer my esic contribution from new to old account as i already have esic account but my new company creates new esic account from Feb17. As my previous company was not deducting the esic because my salary was above than that criteria as per the new law they have deducted the esic in Jan17 only and create the account. On feb onwards new co. joined and they again crated new account now the problem is i have to take maternity leave claim. What should i have to do in that case as per my company i have to complete 9 moths service with them for the claim and confinement date is next month.. It is necessary that i can only for leave if it comes under ESIC. without esic i have no rights to take leave from them. pls help and advise
