Issue with PF Claim Status

I have three PF accounts with various companies, all added under a single UAN. My first PF account was registered in 2010, the second in 2014, and the third in 2017. I resigned from my job on 13th April 2017 and applied for a PF claim on 15th June 2017. Even after one month, I haven't received any response from the PF office. I registered a complaint through "EPFIGMS-ACTION STATUS" on 17th July 2017, but it still says "No Record found for this member." What should I do next?

Query About PF Offices

There are two PF offices in my city. One is about 20 km away from my house, where I applied for the PF claim, and the other is just 5 km away. Is it possible to get information from any other PF office apart from the one where I submitted the PF claim forms?

Details of Forms Submitted

I presented Form 19 and 10C. I didn't mention any PF numbers; instead, I wrote only my UAN. Whenever I check the PF claim status, it says "No record found for this member ID."

Please help me.

It seems there might be an issue with the linkage of your PF accounts to your UAN. Here are the steps you can take to resolve the problem:

1. Contact the PF office where you submitted your claim forms and inquire about the status of your application. Provide them with your UAN and any other necessary details they might require.
2. If the response is unsatisfactory or if they are unable to locate your records, consider visiting the PF office closer to your residence. Explain your situation and ask if they can assist in tracking your PF claim status.
3. Ensure that your UAN is correctly linked to all your PF accounts. If there are discrepancies, request the necessary corrections to be made by the PF office.
4. Follow up regularly with the PF office to stay updated on the progress of your claim. Persistence and clear communication are key in resolving such issues efficiently.
5. If needed, escalate the matter by reaching out to higher authorities within the PF department or utilizing online grievance redressal mechanisms provided by EPFO.
6. Remember to keep all relevant documents handy for reference and verification purposes during your interactions with the PF office staff.

By following these steps and maintaining proactive communication with the PF authorities, you should be able to address the "No record found for this member ID" issue and obtain clarity on the status of your PF claim.
