One of them refused to sign and now he is leaving the organization. The management wants the document signed before relieving him and is even ready to issue an NOC in the same regard; if that is possible (you can suggest if anything else can be provided). I want to know, is there any way that we can give a No Objection Certificate at the time of relieving to that employee. If yes, can anyone please help me with the format.
