There is variable pay its excluded here. Will be paid separately.
CTC = INR 1000000 +Variable Pay
Offer 2.
BOEING- Basic INR 435,000, Flexi Benefits INR 435,000, PF INR 52,200, Gratuity INR 20,924,
CTC =943,124 +56876 = 1000000
Am confused here(between basics and Flexi), Boeing said i will be paid more take home than the IBM. Please help me out.
And let me know the best one.
