Hi, I am working as a Senior Recruiter for a Consultancy in Chennai. I am focusing on the Insurance sector, specifically working on profiles for Agency Managers, Insurance Agents, Sales Managers, etc. However, I have noticed that candidates join the company but often struggle to hold on for even a month due to the pressure. Can someone provide me with insights on which type of candidates I should focus on and what strategies I should follow? I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could share their comments and perspectives with me.

It is not about more pressure or less pressure; the employees are not convinced that they are working in an insurance company. They don't love the nature of the work, so obviously, they don't continue.

During the interview process, identify the profile of the candidates by understanding their personal and family details. If they have a strong urge to sell insurance products and services, make sure to clarify the career goals and growth opportunities in the field. Ultimately, they should be happy in their lives, and it should not feel like job pressure.

Today, no job is free from targets.
