Hi, I had resigned from my previous organisation nearly 1 year 10 months. My PF account was being maintained by the Company PF trust. I did not transfer my PF to my current organisation. Now when I ask for a statement, they send me one with zero interest accrued till date Previously they had said that as per Govt rule, PF account can still be held with previous employer PF trust and interest will be paid for 36 months which mean 3 yrs, but they do not seem to pay my interest. Can you please guide me how to file a grievance against the organisation and gain back my interest on my deposited PF amount. I need your quick advise.

You require Quick advise? Whereas you were not quick in getting your PF Account Transferred?
Please apply for Transfer from Trust to your Present Employer Account. After transfer, apply your mind & find out whether interest has been credited or not. For any grievance, you have to have sufficient Documentary Evidence.Grievance, if any, has to be taken up with your Trustees in writing.Please do not assume things.
