Hi, I resigned from organisation after discussion with reporting manager as well as I discussed with him that I will serve only 15 days of notice period instead of 2 Months He agreed on that point of time and confirm me give acceptance on mail.
Now he is telling something different - is it correct ? please confirm.
An email communication satisfies legal requirement. So, feel happy about it! The only matter you should confirm in your HR Manual is that your line manager was authorized to approve such waivers.
