I am employed a fixed term contractual employee in lic of India initially 3yrs,then extend another 2 yrs, after completion of 5 yrs extend another 1 yrs,total service of as contractual engegment 6 yrs. Suddenly lic manegment pressurised me for accepting a lic agency & become a agent. My work profile is same like development officer in present time. Please suggest what is the my right As a FIXED TERM CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEMENT? Can I demand parmament job?can lic have any right to employment of this type of job.

Normally, the mutual rights and obligations of the parties are determined by the contract of employment in case of Fixed term Contractual Appointments too. Of course, certain employment benefits like gratuity are determinable as per the total length of continuous service rendered by the FTC employee notwithstanding the occasional breaks of short durations in between the expiry and renewal of the contract from time to time depending on the exigencies of job requirements. But I am not able to think that the passage of time would confer any special right on the FTC employee to claim permanency unless the entire contract can be proved to be a sham one to circumvent the provisions of any Law relating to industrial employment. LIC, being a Public Sector Undertaking, has its own service regulations. May be on the expiry of the FTC employment, as a gesture of goodwill, the management offers you an opportunity in the form of a contract for service. Acceptance or outright rejection is your choice only. I don't think that a FTC employee like yourself has any right to permanency under normal circumstances.

Lic of india have no power for Appoint FTC employe,as lic act 1956 they appoint only parmament & temporary employe.

Please suggest,
I had appointed in a company through Staffing Consultancy on a contract of six months period. The contract is renewal after six months.
After one year the I have to transfer a other Staffing Consultancy but the management is same and condition are also same six months contract.
In the second company I have worked for 4.5 years and first company worked for 1 years. Now I have terminated.
Shall I eligible for gratuity and bonus.?

I am working in lic within 6 years,my recruitment under sencsation post, fallow all procedure of regular employe like reservation, exam, interview etc. After appointment They are not Given me appointment latter,they give me 42 days leave a year also.sudunly after 2 years they change my tds certificate isue me 16A,replace of form 16,after 5th year manegment forced me to sign a latter these wording " i am a contrectual employe recruted for initaly 3 years,after three years extended another 2 year's,in this year extended another 1 years,after this 1 year extancen my contract is expair aromatic,& i have exit without any notice" thane i have denied latter & not singed, so they are give me warning Your last year in this corporation you are exit in 31st march 2018,they are showing me as a employe of category 2 in reservation roster, i am asking our appointment latter but they are not given. How i get relief Please help me.
