Hi, As per my appointment letter notice period is of 2 months. Management have changed the notice period to 3 months without consulting us and a mail communication has been sent stating that revised policies have been updated in HR portal
Now they say that even buy out option is also not available
I have to move out within 2 months on a positive note
Pls advise

You may write a letter of resignation to the employer giving reference of the earlier terms and condition of 2 month notice period. Since, at the time of joining the notice period was two month and therefore the same will be applicable in your case.
I have requested them for relieving within 2 months as per my appointment letter. They are not agreeing and asking me to serve for 3 months. As I have already communicated to the company which I shall be joining that I will be joining within 2 months, now pls advise how to deal with this
Change in any clause of appointment letter is not valid till the time both parties are agreed to it. As they have not taken your consent for changing notice period thus it is not mandatory for you to follow the same. You can inform same thing to your company or you may contact any labour office for further intervention if they dint agree.
