Hi everyone,
I have one employee who sign one year bond agreement with us while joining our company but now after 3 month she sent me resignation application. Can anyone able to provide me sample letter to issue notice to him about breach of contract before fulfilling its condition. Please share your best ideas with me. It will be great help for me.

Bonded labour is abolished in India and hence such agreements are not enforceable. At the most you can ask the employee to serve the notice period, if any, or, ask her to pay you equivalent salary in lieu of notice period.

What was the content of the bond? Have you provided any kind of special training to such employee? If no, then you cannot do much with the bond as already pointed out herein above.

The current company has a two year bond which is signed at time of joining. Herein it is mentioned that in case the employee leaves before 2 years, relieving letter will be provided only at the end of 2 years.
My probation was extended to another 3 months, in this case, in case I want to leave for personal reasons, will or should the company give me relieving letter ?
