I have been using this firm since 3 years its quit informative and helpful. All the respected is seniors are very polite professional and deliverable.
Dear Sir I have one question regarding developing the resume, I am confused wether it should be develop in past tense or present tense. What is the stander way to develop the resume. Waiting for your good and quick reply.

For the past job titles you may use past tense:
e.g: Developed XYZ Strategy and implemented it across all vertices
For the present job title you shall use present tense:
e.g: Implementation of XYZ Strategy across all vertices
