Please let us know , if empoyee joined april 01, 2017 and his salary 17k ,and no esic contbribution.but now from Jan 2017 we need to deduct his esic contribution.so while we generate his IP number which date should we mention in date of appointment ?

if his salary goes beyond the ESIC limited if we add incentives then what to do.... incentives are not on monthly bases.. its depend on profit.... 20% of production profit
