What would be the impact of this kind of decision? ESIC is only thinking to increase his own revenue. It has no proper infrastructure to provide proper treatments to the existing IPs where as they are expecting to add more IPs. I have seen in hospitals like they have placed two person in a single bed. Person died due lack of emergency unit equipment. They harass person day by day to get cards and all. The official treat my employees as their private servant.
If someone is drawing gross of 21000 he is liable to pay Rs-1365/month as contribution annually Rs-16380. He can even get better benefits in mediclaim.
This decision cant be supported.

Your comments on the Notification dt 26-12-2016 is fine. But the Govt of India has provided an oppurtunity to put forth our objections to the amendment from affected parties. Did we avail the oppurtunity either as an Individual or as as a Group? If so we may file a case against the implementation of the said order and get STAY from the court.
