Hi All,

I have a confusion about the work timing for women who are employed in any sector other than IT, where the rules govern that after 8 pm they are not allowed to work. Can anyone solve the doubt? What are the necessary requirements to employ women after 8 pm, until 10 pm? Is there any amendment in this regard?
