Hello....I am a low middle class guy and i have facing salary issues from my last organization.I have joined this company in June 21st 2016 and 31st August 2016. they are not given any travelling expenses, 10 days salary of June and August full month salary. If i asked for salary they are not ready to pay, so that i left the job. Please give me suggestion what can i do???

hi, Please give complete detail why they are not paying any salary , if you have proofs for the employment in th company so you can file your case in labour commissioner office.

It is not clear from your msg, whether the concerned organisation is a Factory or otherwise; whether the Model Standing Orders are applicable to the subject Estt. It will also be relevant to understand the exact terms and conditions of your employment there. Further, it should also be clear whether the subject Estt. has withhold only your salary or are they unable to pay all of their employees due to financial crunch.
