Hi, I have more then 5 years of experience as HR mainly in Talent Acquisition. Currently associated with one of FMCG company but now feeling like so monotonous.
The reason behind it that after working dedicatedly I am not getting anything in term of Salary or skills/responsibility. Just doing only 9 to 6 job.
So please suggest me what should I do or need any certification so that I enhance my skills/salary.

It appears that you reached a stage where the work is no longer motivating and your organisation is also not paying attention to it. You can discuss this with your Manager and HR and first find out options within your organisation to diversify into other functions of HR.. Since you have exposure to talent acquisition, you can switch to talent management functions like PMS or Employee Engagement initiatives etc.Just talk to your seniors.
