I was working as a Asst.Manager Warehouse in a Import Company in South Delhi from 19-Jan-15. i was doing well as per company rules & regulations. My Boss had discussed with me in several intervals during my working days & i replied him well in proper manners. Last month he gave me notice period on 2nd-September-16 & said i am not happy due to your Non Performance. He sent me mail regarding same & i replied him that i need 90 days notice period as per company rule. He said that in my Appointment letter written that he can take me out for giving one month notice period without giving any computational, Bonus & arrears. I am completely refused to see my Boss behavior & nature with his employees.
Kindly suggest, what should i do ? What is the legal procedure which i should follow ?
