I am new in HR, and my director has asked me to create a salary breakdown for a monthly salary of 3 lac Rs. I am unsure about which salary components to include for this 3 lac Rs. monthly salary. Please assist me with this by providing a format for the same.

Hi, Is PF and ESIC liabilty there? IF Yes, Then Baisc- 45% of CTC HRA - 50% of Basic Medical- 1250 (Fixed) Allowances- 1600 (Fixed) Special Allowances- PF- 12% of Basic
