Hi,

Please, I want to write a letter to my college, i.e., Symbiosis. Below is the content; please suggest how to proceed.

The student must update his/her postal address periodically by submitting a hard copy of the address change application form to the SCDL address. This action is necessary to prevent any delays in receiving the Self Learning Material (study material) or any other hard copy correspondence sent by SCDL.

Therefore, the 'Edit profile link' within the Student Centre login ID on the SCDL website will not be active for address updates or changes.

I wish to draft a letter requesting the Director to reactivate my 'Edit profile link'. Please advise me on how to compose this request.

I am very happy for your swift response! However, what I am looking for is to apologize to my college principal, stating that I will edit and update my personal profile regularly. Please activate the edit and update link in my college ID.

This information is what I want to include in my letter. Please assist me with this.
