Dear all respected, please clarify me regarding the issues based on leaves. We have been given a circular that leaves taken by the employees either on saturdays, or mondays or both will be considered as a l.O.P. For that particular sunday too and also leaves taken after / before or both, govt. Holiday is also considered as a l.O.P. Is this a right way? We are a TPI agency for ONGC and other gulf countries' clients. Ours is a pvt.Ltd. Company What are all the general rules for pvt. Ltd.Co??

Clubbing of days of leave of employees with their holidays as prefix or suffix is a matter of facility based on the leave policy of an organisation. Nature of the activities carried on by the organisation and the nature of work performed by the employees only decide the leave policy and not the constitution or type of the organisation.
