I have attached the salary statement that I prepared last month; I need some clarifications regarding the basic pay. Is there any format or formula to calculate BASIC, professional tax, TDS, etc.? Need to know how to form the salary structure CTC. I have attached an Excel sheet with 3 different sheets of statements; kindly help me out.
