I am been working for xx company for some months now, not able to continue due to pathetic management system.
Words are falling short to describe it. Now I have put down my resignation. I put down the paper for 2 reason
1.Overtime without any pay.
2.Management dont respect and appreciate employees works.
My question is as I am in notice period. I wanted a smooth exit from the company but due to manager disrespectfullness and rude behaviour i am not able to do so. So how to handle the situation ? Do manager have rights to say anything to there employee and employee cannot say anthing because he should be get worried because of black mark on his relieving letter.
HR of the company is also not helpful in any of the case. so there is not support from any management person to sort the issue which employee has.

My sincere advice is grit your teeth and bear the treatment. Remember the old adage "Sticks and stones may brake my bone but bad words do not." Managers do not have rights but some behave as though they own the company.

It is sad that manager is behaving so poorly.
I would advice -follow a policy of avoidance and as learned member above mentioned-grit your teeth and bear it.
Show no outward sign of being affected by his behaviour.
You cannot control his actions,but you can control your reactions.
Once you do not respond he will ignore you in short period you have together.

I am also facing same problem. manager behavior changed immediately after resign and notice period is also 3 months which is high to bear. but no option.

My advice to you would be same as reply given to earlier post.
You can control your reaction,but not others actions.
so focus on avoidance and self control.
Deal with him calmly and in clear avoidance mode.
