Hello everyone! I am having 3.6 years experience in IT Recruitment. Now I want to know the other aspects of HR like payroll, compensation and employee benefits. I want to go into the Generalist role. Please guide me on what areas I have to concentrate and how should I present myself. I have a basic knowledge overall.
