Hi, I am working on an HR project to conduct competency mapping for the technical competencies of Finance Managers in a manufacturing company. Additionally, I need to develop a technical competency dictionary for the same. The Finance functions consist of: - Forex - Taxation - Treasury and Risk management - Mergers and Acquisitions - Investor relations - Global Finance as sub-functions. I would appreciate it if anyone could provide me with a technical competency dictionary for any or all of the sub-functions.
