In general Remuneration is considered for directors but some will consider remuneration is what is you are getting in return for your services.
Salary is applicable for salaried employees
Professional fee is not for employees. Its for professional consultants

I am very apologies for my previous words. please anybody help me for that where i am working , do not getting how can i get client for pay roll service & outsourcing in Mumbai location. now i m very confused because i have to do registration of all compliance like PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF & other. Its start up firm firm for this Service.
please anybody help out me ?
