Hi ,i joined in private organization as a HR Executive, my company have pan India presence , so my boss ask to prepare a checklist which contain returns(annual ,half yearly and quarterly)due date and applicability criteria for all states. please help me by sharing the details.

First of all you have not mentioned the nature of the organisation. Is it Shops act or Factory? You may have to prepare the check list such as ESI, PF, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Commercial establishment act, factories act, Municipal act etc and the returns accordingly

PT has monthly and Annual returns
ESI & PF is monthly returns only across India
Municipal registration and renewal is annual
Shops act is annual returns
