I am doing MSc Educational Mgmt. Currently I am under the process of doing my proposal on 'The effectiveness of Training and Development on the performance of teachers' using Kirkpatrick Model. Pls guide me on the creating questionnaires based on Kirkpatrick Model. Will appreciate if could provide any sample questionnaires based on this title

Dear Komathi,
Measurement of training effectiveness is a big challenge. Even for regular employees of commercial organisations, measurement of training effectiveness is difficult on Kirk Patrick Model. My observation is that hardly any organisation measures the training effectiveness beyond Level I of this model.
The challenge of measurement aggravates further for the education sector. Against this backdrop why did you choose this sector that I did not know.
Recently, I had given presentation to group of HR Managers on measurement of training effectiveness. I have uploaded the presentation on Youtube. Go through the following link to refer it:

As our learned senior member correctly put it, Kirkpatrick model requires
a detailed study for an in depth understanding. Implementation at higher levels
is a rarity as Mr Divekar has put it.
In addition to what has been suggested, you can also refer to
