If A employee working two companies one company his working 8 hours duty getting more than 15000 / Pm so he is not eligible for ESI .
But he working another company as a part time work salary of getting 8000 p.m . So he is eligible for ESI.

Dual Employement.... hope this is with the permission of the management.
The law in india relating to factories very clearly specifies that duel employment and double shift working is not permitted. A person can work for 2 companies part time but not if one of them is full time.
So,the rest of the question is probably moot.
