Here i need a help from the senior HR managers,
I'm working in a amusement cum water park, in this park we can see the 365 day is working day, as a hr i could not able to do any employee welfare/engagement activities for them because every one have week off on different day, so please can any one suggest me to to some recreational activities for them ?

Dear Chandan, Why dont you split the team into 4 batches and do activities. By this you can cover all employees, irrespective of their working or week off.
