Here, I need help from senior HR managers. I work in an amusement park with a water park section where we operate 365 days a year. As an HR professional, I find it challenging to organize employee welfare and engagement activities due to everyone having different days off. Can anyone suggest some recreational activities for them?

Dear Chandan, Why dont you split the team into 4 batches and do activities. By this you can cover all employees, irrespective of their working or week off.
