Hi all,

I am looking to find software that enables trainers to present something on the projection and simultaneously allows trainers to refer to notes while presenting. The reason I am looking for this software is that the trainer should not have to rely solely on his/her memory or the notes prepared, as this can be stressful during presentations.

If any of you are using such software, could you kindly recommend the best one, similar to TED presentations?

Thank you.

Right-click anywhere on your desktop screen. Click on Screen Resolution. If a projector is connected, you will get an option to Extend this display. This way, on the projector screen, your participants can see only the PowerPoint show, whereas you can see everything on your desktop. However, if you want to show a video that is not embedded within a PowerPoint presentation, you will need to switch back to Duplicate this display.

Regards,
Venkat
