Dear Friend,
HRO - Human resource outsourcing... some companies entrust the administrative works outsourced to the external compliance/organisations, pay rolls are being outsourced, some companies even outsource human resource department works for betterment as they found the oursourced organisation have greater value..
RPO - Recruitment process outsourcing.. the recruitment process is being outsourced to the outside organisation/provider..
Thus the difference is providing manpower ...

Hi sir,
as my openion HRO & RPO is
HR outsourcing in the sense they getting work from consultant such us Payroll,PF,ESIC & All statutory compliance related work.
RPO in sense they only getting manpower from recruitment agencies or Contractor's that is called as RPO.
