value is value everytime .. if some body has gained benefits out of their own experience and made format which is ready to utilise is a yardstick for you to evaluate and to utilise them or not. It is you who reads it and experiment in the real time situation and the result you only experience it may be positive or negative .
So it is advisable not to critisize some body for their personal life. Did you know what happenend to him? and why he did so? No!!!!
And it can be anything.. it is better to appreciate somebody's good did rather pointing out negative points...
