Hey fellas I think, most of the resumes in these sites are duplicate and are available in naukri, monster, timesjobs and most popular sites.
It also depends on what type of users create accounts in these sites. Mostly IT people are net savy, my friends who are mechanical engrs , electrical engrs are so busy with their work that rarely they surf net,, once in a bluemoon, they surf net.
Well u can also search resumes in orkut, myspace, and linked in .....

Terapad News
Hi,
Using Terapad you can set up a website which allows you to receive CV's and post jobs for free. You can create your own site, which is again for free and then encourage people to post their resumes using such internet tools as Yahoo Answers. Write a yahoo question like 'Can you programme?' and include a link to your Terapad site where they can apply. Very simple and very effective.
Hope that helps.

Hi all,
As per my experience free sites will not solve the purpose you will not get relevant candidates, it is just waste of time. I have tried many times before and found not useful atall.
This is to just save your valuable time.
Best Option is to hire naukri.com for 2 or 3 days for resume search and save as much as relevant cvs you want.
