Hello, I am heading the Human Resource function for a software company where we have the bio-metric system in place for log-in & Log-outs. I just want to check if i also have to use a manual register where every employee register their respective attendance by signing in everyday ?

Hi Joshua,
A bio-metric device is the most efficient way to maintain a record of employee attendance. When configured, it automatically delivers the log sheet to the HR software, which further helps in processing payroll. This process makes it easier for HR executives as well as employees to keep a check on their attendance record even remotely. Such systems are so reliable and accurate that you won't have to maintain a manual register.
