Hi,
My company is retail jeweler, we having 1200 employees. we are following biometric attendance method from last one year and we conducted many awareness programs about the biometric attendance method among employees to imprint their finger without fail..
Since many of the employees are not doing interest / forgot to punch their finger in biometric.. Now we also planned to implement HRMS.
So Kindly insist me how to make this awareness or to make this as routine activity to employees

Link up the biometric system with payroll preparation.
That way the employees will remember that if they forget to mark bio attendance,they may loose a days salary.
Off course,I am not suggesting that those who fail to log in should loose pay,but system where in someone fails to log in has to approach his HOD to ensure there is no loss of pay.
I would also suggest introduction of Sodexo coupons for employees where the log in details ensures that they get one coupon for the day.This incentive and a time cut off will ensure attendance and sure log in.
