I came across this article that talks about 12 habits which people often commit, and which in turn become a showstopper for them in developing skills. I thought this might be very useful for us as we interact on a daily basis with several people.
That was indeed a great reminder and a good piece of information for all to follow in developing people skills. Though most of us know that it is rarely put into use. Thanks for the excellent info.
