Hi dear all, Wether basic calculating from CTC/Gross ? which one is correct?

As per my opinion you can calculate Basic on CTC or Gross but you need to follow the minimum wage rule while putting Basic value in salary structure.
Follow the minimum wage rule and make minimum basic value as recent minimum wage value of your state.
