My Basic Salary Is Rs.15500/- & Gross Is Rs.25000/- But I Wish To Contribute In ESIC

Dear sir, One employee get a 25000/- salary per month and wish to contribute in ESIC and want to get a benefit of ESIC. If Company also agree with it then is it possible or not ? Thank You Chetan

Dear Chetan ji, ESI is not applicable to the employee who is drawing gross more than Rs. 15000/- p.m. There is no option available to cover employee under ESI when he is not eligible to it.
