I have been working for a company for last 3 half years and now i want to leave as i have better offer than this . They have verbally told that they don't want me to leave .They have even blocked my salary , but i have send my send my resignation to the ceo , hr . As there is no notice period mentioned in my appointment letter so i have by myself thought 15 days would be perfect as my past colleagues have done so .
My current company has not replied to my email.
My New company is not willing to extend my joining date.
In my appointment letter there is a clause stating that if i been on leave without any notification for 10 days my job is automatically terminated .

HI Anuj,
You can request your HR to sign on the resignation letter with the company seal stating that as accepted and this a clear indication of you being relieved from your duties.
This should be sufficient to start with
Thanks
