The article takes a fresh look at the management styles and attempts to define them a little differently than done so far i.e. Progressive, Regressive, Digressive, Transgressive & Aggressive.
Most importantly, the article separates the management styles from the managerial & leadership styles. Management style is the fulcrum and is the final output of all the individual styles.

I read your article... its good.... to make it more interesting give some practical examples...the article goes more like a text book content....apart from this your article is well and good...

Thanks for the suggestion. Btw, at two places, there are examples mentioned, though indirectly.
However, I will surely try and incorporate more examples in my future articles.
You may also read other articles and give your valuable inputs.
