Is their any government notification for fixing of bare minimum percentage of basic in gross salary or total salary-CTC
If it is their , please do provide the same.

There is a Government Notification for Minimum Wage which is published/circulated statewise every half yearly. Otherwise there is no rule for fixation of gross salary/Total salary/CTC
