Need a template mail stating that the resignation of the employee is rejected. The employee is confirmed and there is salary hike too. All these points to be stated in the mail as well as he needs to be more productive and more efficient on his deliverables.

How could you issue a reply mail to employee that his resignation is rejected?
it is a privilege of employee whether "to be" or "Not to be" in the employ of
your company.
If you do not want his resignation, call him privately and convince him about the
prospects and career growth in your company, if he continue to work with you
and try to persuade him to withdraw his resignation letter.
