Please may I ask for some assistance. I was tasked to draw up a questionnaire that will determine the attitude of Call Centre Sales agents instead f focusing on Competency based questions.
I have done some searches on Google however I believe I might find my saviour right here.

There are no standard tests to determine selling attitude. You might have to create something on your own. Let me know if you need any support.

Hi Friend,
Both the documents are pretty useful in determining attitude quotient. But how do you grade the Sales Test Questionnaire? I mean rating and calibration of someone's answers to grade him/her in a scientific manner. There's no
grid mentioned to assess the answers to the questionnaire.
Please attach some framework or sample analysis to understand the result/s of the Sales Test questionnaire.
