there is some thing called a training dashboard which is a one or two slides presentation showing the attrition during training, no of people released on the floor, no of trainings conducted monthly and training feedback scores.
for behavioral training it talks about the no of participants.
also the final slide shows the training feedback scores given by the trainee for the trainer.
