As you know, the Industrial DA effective from 01.01.2014 for 2007 & 1997 scales are 90.5% and 221.7% respectively. With the release of the All India Consumer Price Index for the months of December 2013 & January 2014, the projected Industrial DA effective from 01.04.2014 will be 88.1% (a decrease of 2.4%) & 217.6% (a decrease of 4.1%) respectively.
Note: AICPI for February 2014 has yet to come. The final figure may vary accordingly.
