Before anyone can give you any suggestions, you should first tell the members:
What industry/Sector your company is working in?
What have you already achieved?
What is the short term end goal; medium term end goal and long term end goal?
Are the initiatives for the company or are they within HR?
To help you on your way the first question you have to ask (and answer) yourself is "What is the role of HR?"
