Administration deals with the overall functions of a business. Its purpose is to see that the business goals are met by managing all the resources of an organization including the Human Resource.
Whereas Human Resource deals with the management of employees through their employment cycle which includes - selection, recruitment, training, elevation and termination in an organization .
Hence Human Resources is specialized field while Administration is a holistic field.
