I am new to this community and need some information related to the withdrawal of PF. Actually, I have booked an under-construction flat, and for that, I have sent a filled-in Form 31 along with a declaration to my employer. However, they have returned the documents with the following remarks:

1. Survey No. (certificate) and Khata No. are required.
2. Non-Encumbrance certificate is required.

When I approached the builder for this information, they told me that:

1. This land was allotted by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, so Survey No. and Khata No. are not available.
2. They have not taken any loan for building the apartment, so a Non-Encumbrance Certificate is not available.

Seniors, please help me in this regard.

In this case, since the builder has clarified that the land was allotted by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority and no loan was taken for the construction, you can provide this information to your employer as an explanation for the unavailability of the Survey No., Khata No., and Non-Encumbrance Certificate. It would be advisable to draft a letter to your employer detailing the builder's response and requesting guidance on how to proceed with the PF withdrawal process in light of this situation. Ensure that the letter is polite, clear, and includes all relevant details to support your case. If needed, you can also seek assistance from legal experts or relevant authorities to navigate this issue effectively.
