This is to reiterate that the list of holidays for the year 2014 pertaining to your establishment needs to be forwarded to the appropriate authority in relevant "FORM V" under the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays) Act, 1958, on or before 31st Dec '13. It is mandatory that every establishment should obtain festival holidays approval in "FORM III" from the appropriate labor authority. The festival holidays (FIVE DAYS) approval obtained in FORM III should be included in the list of holidays for the year 2014 along with the national holidays of FOUR DAYS.
