I want your suggestion on this issue. Actually one of my Dept Head allowing his executive to travel in Truck Being a HR what should need to do. Should i support this or not as we are having a travel policy.

Truck is meant for Goods transport. Traveling in Truck is illegal. If any accident occurs, the insurance companies will repudiate the claims. Advise your Dept Head to be human. Pon, Chennai

Travelling in truck is not safe, so as to avoid future critical consequences you must not support these sort of practices, as this practice is concerned with the employee safety issues.
